As of 14:42pm Cloudflare implemented a fix and their issue was resolved. We have witnessed no further disruption to Connect Manager or ShowMyBalance since.

Cloudflare (our DNS provider) is currently experiencing a global outage which impacts access to our Connect Manager and ShowMyBalance.com websites. This is being investigated by Cloudflare and we are monitoring the situation closely. Please note transaction processing is unaffected.
