User must have Menu item "Users" & Permission "Add / Edit Users" before proceeding with the below - this is generally the Super User of your programme.
- Login to Connect Manager
- Go to Users > List Users
- Beside the user you wish to remove/delete click the "Bin" icon under Action heading
- On the pop up message that appears click "yes" if you wish to proceed
- User is removed
- If you wish to view deleted users - Tick "Include Deleted" at the bottom of the users page
