If you have a gift card that you are unable to load funds to, it’s possible the card has been blocked due to unusual card balance checking while in an unsold state.
Due to the elevated threat of card draining scams, we place a temporary block on a Valid Not Sold gift card if it is balance checked online.
To check if a gift card has been blocked by us simply enter the card into the Card Status screen in Connect Manager and the status will read “Card Cancelled”.
To “restore” the card back to Valid/not Sold you will need the Permission “Restore Card” in Connect Manager (this can be granted by your Connect Manager Super User if they don’t have this option please ask them to contact the Savvy Team by Submitting a Request on this website).
To restore a cancelled card:
- Go to Card Status and enter the card pan/number
- On the right of the card details screen you should see a button called “Restore Card”
- Click this and the card returns to normal Valid/Not Sold status and can be used as normal
