Savvy's showmybalance.com has a number of security measures in place, and if a security measure is breached a card may be locked for further balance checks.
This lock applies only to the showmybalance website.
The cardholder can still use that card as normal in-store, where staff can check the card's balance either via the point of sale device or our Connect Manager portal, and assuming the card is active with a balance it can still be redeemed as normal.
Note that the showmybalance.com website is intended for individual cardholders only - business users who regularly need to check many cards are likely to breach these security measures and therefore get locked out.
