Connect Manager Reports Overview

Please find below a breakdown of reports available within Connect Manager via Insight Reporting.

1.	Card Breakdown Report – Activating Mid View	The Card Breakdown Report (Activating MID View) is the activating merchant-level roll-up of the "Card Breakdown Report (Card View)" report. Using the selected parameters (currency and to date range), it aggregates per-card metrics into a single header row for each activating Merchant, so you can see totals at a glance.   The report shows an overall sum of the balance on all cards activated at this merchant, as well as first/total sales amount at this merchant and first/total redemptions at this merchant. The report is a summarised version of the "Card Breakdown Report (Card View)" report. Note: The start / from transaction date is assumed to be the start date of the customer program. 2.	Card Breakdown Report – Card View	This report is a detailed breakdown of the "Card Breakdown Report (Activating MID View)". Using the selected parameters (currency, and to date), it details per-card metrics and provides overall totals for all amounts reported on. For security reasons, Card numbers are masked. Note: The start / from transaction date is assumed to be the start date of the customer program. 3.	Aged Balance Report	The report shows the current balance across all cards (along with the card count) per Activating year. The report allows drill down to see the balance/card count by Quarter, month and day of month. The report does not show card numbers. Headings Include: Year of Card Activation Current Balance Card Count
4.	Expired Cards Report	This report shows all cards that have reached their expiry between the ‘From’ and ‘To’ date.  It shows the balance remaining on each card linked to the activating MID for the card. For security reasons, Card numbers are masked. Headings include: Card Number Card Type Expiry Date First Debit Date First Topup Date Last Merchant Name Last Transaction Date Activating Merchant Status Card Balance First Sale Amount Total Sales Amount First Redemption Amount Total Redemption Amount
5.	Expired Overview Report	This report shows the current balance of all cards linked to the current expiry date of each card and the associate count of cards. It can be drilled down to quarter, month and day of the month. It shows cards with an expiry date in the past as well as in the future. Cards with a future expiry date are prone to change in terms of amounts and expiry dates depending on the redemptions that occur between now and the future expiry date. Headings include: Currency Name Current Balance Card Count
6.	Redemptions Linked to Activating Mid – Card Level	The report presents a tabular view of card activity, showing the relationship between the Activating Merchant (on the rows down the page) and the Transacting Merchant (aka the redeeming merchant on the columns across the top).  The report is read from left to right as "<the number in 1st column> of value activated by MID <in Row 1> was redeemed in MID <col 1>" etc. across the top. 7.	Moving Balance Report	This report shows by activation year, between the selected transaction dates:  The total value of all card loads*   The total values of all card redeems  The Difference between the two numbers The report allows drill down by Quarter, month, and day of month. The report does not show card numbers.   *Including the “refund” transaction Headings include: Year Total Sales Total Redemption Differences
8.	Open and Closing Balance Report	This report shows the opening balance, total sales, total redemptions and closing balance for the whole programme between two dates at programme level. Headings include Report Summary
9.	Sales and Redemption Report	This is a MID level Sales and Redemption report showing card activations (loads) and redemptions for each MID in the time frame selected. Headings include: Activating Merchant First Sale count (new cards activated) First sales amount. Total load amount (subsequent reloads) Average first load amount and the same equivalent values for Redemptions. Now includes totals It does not drill down to card level.
10.	Reversals Report	The report details all transactions reversed between the date ranges, per card. Normally transactions are reversed "same day" however there are scenarios (outside of Savvy's control) that result in non-same day reversals. Both types of reversal are allowed to be selected as input. Headings Include: Card Number MID Merchant Name Auth Code Transaction Type Amount Currency Transaction Date Reversed Date
11.	Card Closing Balance by Year of Card Activation	This report shows the balance on Cards by Activating Merchant by Year of Card Activation. Headings include: Activating Merchant / Year Activated
12.	Redemption Value by Card Activation Year	This report shows the Redemption value of cards based on transaction Year month by Card Activation Year. Headings include: Transaction Year Month / Activation Year
