If you have attempted to log in, and for any reason were unable to scan the QR code at the time with the Google Authenticator app, then you will need to have your mobile authentication reset by a user in your organisation with access to add and edit users.
To reset the mobile authentication for an individual user, this person will need to navigate to Users and locate the username in question. If the user is set up for mobile authentication then there should be a mobile phone icon to the right of their username (beside the delete icon).
Clicking on this mobile phone icon will prompt you if you are sure you want to reset mobile authentication. If you confirm this, then the user will be presented with a QR code again the next time they attempt to log in.
Please note that a code consisting of letters and numbers is also displayed on screen along with the QR code. If there is any problem scanning the QR code then it is possible to enter that code instead into Google Authenticator.
