If you try to log into Connect Manager but the Username and Password fields do not appear - reload the page via the navigation bar on your browser or alternatively press F5 or Shift + F5 on your keyboard and the fields should appear.
If this does not work then Clear Local Storage for the site as below.
If clearing Local Storage does not resolve the issue then open a Private Window on your Browser and the login screen will appear as normal.
How to Clear Local Storage:
Please close all browsers, and then open and carry out the following for the browser you plan to use:
For Chrome or Edge
Go to https://www.connectmanager.net/
F12 (or right click Inspect) to open Developer Tools
Go to the Application tab
Expand Local Storage (click arrow) in left panel
Select and right click on https://www.connectmanager.net and click Clear
Refresh page with F5
For Mozilla Firefox
Go to https://www.connectmanager.net/
F12 (or right click Inspect) to open Developer Tools
Go to the Storage tab
Expand Local Storage (click arrow) in the left panel
Select and right click on https://www.connectmanager.net and click Delete All
