If you haven't logged in, in over 6 months, you will need to have your password reset by the Super User of your company.
To do so the Super User will need to login in to Connect Manager and go to Users > List Users
Click on the pencil icon beside your user profile and edit the password
Set a temporary password here, confirm and click save.
Once this is complete, please go to the login page, follow the 'Forgot Password' steps to set your own unique password and continue to log in.
