Steps:
Load Multiple Cards (single value):
1. Go to “Cards” in the top navigation panel & from the dropdown menu select “Load Value”
2. The 1st option is to Load Multiple Cards with a Single Value – this means that you will enter a start & end card (the system will calculate how many cards in the rang from 1st to last) & provide 1 single value/amount to be set on the range of cards
3. Enter “From” card number
4. Enter “To” card number – the total of Card Numbers in the range you have entered will be displayed
5. “Select a Merchant” to display/run the range under – this is for reporting purpose – if you are running a promotion you can load the range of cards under a certain mid and be able to trace back the load operation for your records
6. “Load Amount” – Enter single value load amount you wish to place on all cards
7. “Password – enter password you use every time to log into Connect Manager
8. You can go ahead and press load now if you are happy with all settings – there is an extra option to place a separate Expiry date on these cards that will overwrite your program expiry.
9. Press “Load” and a green check box will appear if all cards have loaded successfully

Load Multiple Cards – Various Amounts via a File:
1. Select the 2nd radial button “load cards from file – for this option you can include a list of card numbers and a value that you wish to add onto the card. The File needs to be an excel file with 2 columns (1st column has to be saved as a “text” field – this is where you will enter the 16 digit card number, 2nd column needs no changes just enter the value to be set on each card – *note you can use various amounts on each card here)
2. Click into Load cards from file and select the excel file you wish to use
3. Again select merchant you wish to load these values under (load amount will be unavailable for use here as you are loading value in the file)
4. Enter User Password – again you can set a different expiry date here if you wish
5. Click Load – if successful a green “File Processed” message will appear.
