In order to find a specific card when you do not have the full card number, the Card Status page has an Advanced Search feature that allows you to search for a card without knowing the actual card number. If you know some of the details of a transaction on that card, you can search on those details, including:
- The date of the transaction
- The transaction amount
- The merchant / outlet where the transaction took place
- Whether the amount was loaded to or redeemed from the card
- If you know the auth code for the transaction you should be immediately able to find the card without needing any additional details
