To add a merchant ID to a group, you can do so by
- Go to Policy Admin -> Groups
- Find the group in question from the list
- Click the 'pencil' icon to the right of that group
At this point you will see a list of all merchant IDs in the panel on the left of the page, and a list of merchant IDs belonging to this group on the right of the page.
To add a merchant ID to the group:
- Find it in the list on the left. You can either just scroll through the list, or use the search tool at the top of the list.
- Once you find the merchant ID, click on it so that it is highlighted.
- You will see four different directional arrow icons between the two panels - to move a single merchant ID to the right hand side you need to use the single arrow pointing to the right (the double arrow moves ALL merchant IDs to the other side, which is not what you want in this case)
- Finally, once you are happy that the list on the right of the page contains the correct merchant IDs, click Save at the bottom of the page.
