After three failed login attempts due to an incorrect password, a user is locked out of Connect Manager for the next 30 minutes. It is possible to unlock a user to exempt them from having to wait the standard 30 minutes.
In order to do this, you must have the Add & Edit Users permission.
Steps
- Log in to Connect Manager at https://www.connectmanager.net
- Click on Users -> List Users.
- Once Find the user in question and click on the Pen (edit) icon next to their name.
- On the left-hand side of the page you should a User Is Locked checkbox. Uncheck this box.
- Click the Save button to complete the process. The user in question will now be permitted to log in again.
In the Event of Problems
If you cannot see the option to List Users, or the user's fields are greyed out, then you are likely missing the required permissions for this. In this case you will need to contact a user at your organization who has access to add and edit users.
